Description
View of the top of the Knoxville Incline located on Washington Avenue (now Warrington Avenue). The two-story brick station and office building featured an extensive platform roof that covered the engine room, the boiler plant, and operating machinery. The Knoxville Incline opened in 1890 and closed in 1960.
